Jai Jagat 2020 est fondamentalement une initiative « bottom to all ». C’est à dire, menée avec chacun, en particulier en écoutant attentivement et soutenant ceux qui sont les plus démunis, les plus fragilisés ou même meurtris par la violence des systèmes politico-économiques.

A Madrid, en septembre, nous avons partagé tout un W.E., à l’initiative de la plateforme Jai Jagat Espagne, avec des intervenants issus des dynamiques de protection des femmes, des migrants, des travailleurs hors cadre, du droit à alimentation, …. Ce fut très inspirant et mobilisateur.

Les débats étaient très bien menés : une écoute mutuelle attentive, des paroles issues d’horizons variés, des synthèses claires, à même de constituer des trames de plaidoyer et d’orientation générale pertinente à travers l’Europe.

Context

Jai Jagat 2020 is basically a bottom-all initiative. That is, led with everyone, especially by listening carefully and supporting those who are the poorest, the most vulnerable or even hurt by the violence of political-economic systems.

In Madrid, in September, we shared a whole W.E., at the initiative of the platform Jai Jagat Spain, with speakers from the groups of protection of women, migrants, workers, the right to food, .... It was very inspiring and motivating.

The debates were very well conducted: attentive mutual listening, words from various horizons, clear syntheses, able to constitute plots of advocacy and general guidance relevant across Europe.

Proposition

Ainsi dans le cadre d'un chemin « Jai Jagat Europe from the Bottom » nous vous invitons à nous retrouver à Namur (Belgique) le WE du 9-10 novembre prochain pour partager sur les thématiques suivantes :

• la pauvreté avec Lutte-Solidarité-Travail
• la situation des paysans avec le Mouvement d'Action Paysanne
• la simplicité active  avec les Amis de la Terre
• la voix des jeunes avec le Projet Jeunes-Ecoles de Jai Jagat

Et la question générale de l'approche "Bottom to All" sera posée en fin de forum.

 

Proposal

Thus, in the context of a path "Jai Jagat Europe from the Bottom" we invite you to meet us in Namur (Belgium) the WE 9-10 November to share on the following topics:

• Poverty with Luttes-Solidarités-Travail association
• Situation of peasants with the Peasant Action Movement
• Active simplicity with Friends of the Earth
• Youth voice with the Jai Jagat Youth Project

And the general question of the "Bottom to All" approach will be asked at the end of the forum.
